Yes. You can shop prescription eyeglasses on bnbaijal.com. During checkout you can upload your prescription or enter your power values manually. We support single vision, bifocal, progressive, and computer (blue-cut) lenses with options for anti-glare, photochromic and hi-index lens materials.

Absolutely. You can order non-prescription sunglasses, fashion frames, or zero-power blue-cut computer glasses without uploading any prescription.

On the product page select "Prescription Lenses", then upload a clear photo or PDF of your prescription during checkout. You can also enter SPH, CYL, AXIS and PD values manually if you know them.

We offer single vision, bifocal, progressive (multifocal), and computer/blue-cut lenses. Coatings available include anti-glare (AR), anti-scratch, anti-UV, photochromic (transition), hi-index 1.61/1.67/1.74, and polarised.

We recommend getting a fresh eye test every 1–2 years. You can book a free at-home eye test in Lucknow through our website, or visit our store. If you are ordering online, please use a prescription that is no more than 12 months old.

Yes. We offer free at-home eye-test booking across Lucknow. You can book online via our "Book an Eye Test" page and our optometrist will visit you with portable equipment at your preferred time slot.

Yes. We offer free shipping across India on all orders above ₹2,599. Orders below this threshold incur a small flat shipping fee that is calculated at checkout.

Standard ready-stock items are dispatched within 24–48 hours and typically delivered in 4–7 business days. Prescription eyeglasses with custom lenses take 7–10 business days because they are made-to-order in our optical lab.

Once your order ships you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and link. You can also log in to your account on bnbaijal.com and use the "Track Order" page to check live status.

Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is being evaluated and will be announced on our website when available.

Non-prescription frames and sunglasses can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery in unused, original condition with all packaging. Prescription eyeglasses are made-to-order and are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or a lens-power error on our part.

Yes. All frames carry a 6-month manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. Lens coatings are covered for 6 months against peeling or crazing under normal use. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, scratches from improper cleaning, or general wear and tear.

All contact lenses sold by BN Baijal are 100% authentic, sourced directly from authorised distributors of Bausch & Lomb, Johnson & Johnson, CooperVision and Alcon. Each box ships in original sealed packaging with batch numbers and expiry dates.

Yes. Use our virtual try-on feature on every product page — it uses 3D face detection to show you how the frame will look on your face from any angle. You can also visit our Lucknow store to physically try any frame.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and cash on delivery (COD) on eligible orders.
