• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories.
• Prescription lenses with custom power are non-returnable, but frames can be exchanged if unused.

• Our team will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Warranty

• All BN Baijal eyewear comes with a 6-month manufacturer warranty against frame defects.
• Lens coatings are covered as per the selected lens package.
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
